Solution Architect - Infrastructure Services (m/w/d)

JOB PURPOSE
Successful positioning of our service offering for new or existing target clients. Focus services are:

Application Operations

You will work in a team together with the sales and delivery units in order to shape solutions to the demands of large enterprise target clients in order to consolidate, standardize, and automate processes.

Team leadership of onsite and offshore teams for the creation, development and presentation of holistic IT infrastructure outsourcing solutions and participation over the entire deal life cycle

Management of the bid teams for infrastructure outsourcing as well as cooperation and participation in multi-tower deals

Development of innovative solutions, such as target models for operations, transition plans, transformation journeys
-
Applying new business models, applying innovative methods (digitization, agile, etc.) when designing the solutions

Management of customer meetings and workshops

Design of deals, development of win strategies for large outsourcing commitments

Close cooperation with the account team to jointly create a value proposition for our customers

Working with partners and alliances

YOUR QUALIFICATION
-
At least 7 years of industry experience in an international environment
-
Deep understanding of Infrastructure Services and corresponding offerings (solution shaping, pricing,…)
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills
-
Active team player, good cooperation with other groups inside and outside
-
Good understanding of digital trends in the infrastructure area, eager to learn about new developments
-
Experience in interacting with various customer representatives such as Head of IT and CxOs
-
Strong analytical thinking and consulting mentality
-
Proficient in German and English
-
Willingness to travel throughout Germany and internationally (Post COVID)
-
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: management, computer science, business informatics or engineering
