Job Purpose:

Leading and coordinating of one or multiple CX/CRM projects. Track and deliver Business benefits on time. Manage good relationship with Business, IT and other key Stakeholders expectations combined with hands on delivery and intellectual client challenges.

 

Your role as Program/Project Manager:

 

  • manage mid-size CX and CRM (Salesforce) transformation programs

  • advise on the design, implementation and use of Salesforce Marketing / Sales Cloud

  • Understands and drive business changes (as part of the project)

Required Experience:

  • Deep understanding of CRM (Sales, Marketing and Service) processes and operating models

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and mobile solutions or Data Analytics/Data-Management in CRM contexts

  • Strong project and Program delivery experience or deep experience as senior lead consultant

  • Have experience in and can drive Agile delivery projects incl. (Dev/Ops and CI/CD delivery models)

  • Have proven track record in managing complex stakeholder landscape in corporate environments

  • Deeply understand the different delivery projects phases and needed mgt. skills to drive the projects

  • Have a strong experience working with and managing multiple roles (Architects, Developers, solution consultants, testers, change managers, and key business stakeholders (e.g. marketing and sales directors)

  • Have experience working with Life Science (Pharma and Consumer Health) and/or Consumer Products organizations

  • Have consulting background and can initiate and drive new business opportunities within the account

  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales, and CRM consulting

  • Excellent communication skills written, visual (PPT) and spoken

  • Ability to lead client discussions

  • Familiar with both consulting and technology way of doing business

  • Willingness to travel
