Inside Sales Analyst - Solution for IT operations (IGNIO) (m/w/d)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will ignite the sales cycle for an AI based product line for IT operations management, leveraging methodology and tools to source and qualify leads and pass that on to the Sales team in respective regions. You will carry out both inbound (qualifying the prospects who contact as a result of marketing and other outreach program) and outbound (proactively reaching out to prospects and partners in the target segments) lead generation activities by utilizing phone calls, emails, social media and other digital channels. You will also influence the sales strategy for this product line as the voice of prospects / customers, your feedback on what works and what doesn’t will be critical to the fine-tuning of the segmentation, methodology, and the definition of the outreach campaigns.
You will engage with prospective customers, uncover their needs, articulate the vision and sell the value proposition to generate qualified leads. The outcome of your activity is meetings scheduled with decision makers from the target organizations who have a challenge or need that this product line can address within a definite budget and an indicative timeline for implementation. To generate qualified leads, you will execute:

  • Inbound lead qualifications: following up with MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) that was generated by marketing activities (webinars, events etc.) to nurture, engage and qualify the opportunities.

  • Outbound lead generation: Through a combination of phone calls, emails, Linkedin messaging and networking, social media and other digital channels you will identify and source potential opportunities. This will include running campaigns, targeted account prospecting etc. working closely with Sales and Marketing.

  • Partner /Channel recruitment and lead generation: Along with the Partner team you will reach out to the reseller/ VAR community for partner recruitment or assist in campaigns for partner led lead generations.



  • 2 years+ experience as a Sales Development Rep.

  • Knowledge of IT and IT infrastructures

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Familiar with the closing deals sales cycle

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hubspot

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Strong listening and sales skills

  • Being flexible and agile in adopting changing tactics to deliver results

  • Can-do attitude

  • You are fluent in English and German

  • Bachelor’s degree
