Engagement Manager - Cloud & Data Platform (m/w/d)

JOB PURPOSE
Our clients cloud consulting unit, cloud strategy and transformation is a cross-functional and cross cloud business unit that integrates services across data platforms and multi cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Google, Azure, IBM, others).

Work across cloud based Big Data and Analytics solutions, Machine Learning (ML) and modern data solutions across cloud providers like AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud, IBM, others to.

Integrate data and cloud platforms to help clients establish their vision of a data driven organization

Develop and implement strategies for enterprise data transformations and cloud data platforms.

Handle and drive conversation with enterprise CxO level executives and provide advisory services and actionable recommendations on implementation of cloud-based data platform solutions.

Work with senior business stakeholders to establish cloud data use cases with Cloud Data analytics, AI and Machine learning, data monetization & commercials models and develop new cloud-based data assets for the enterprise

Provide detailed and prioritized roadmap for the enterprise data transformation / implementation initiatives

Define cloud data migration strategy, migration paths, migration tooling, migration pattern etc. for the enterprise cloud data migration programs

Lead the delivery and migration to modern cloud-based data platforms replacing historic on-premise Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions.

Responsible for executing data assessment, establishment of new data models, data Governance activities in a hybrid cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)

Establish and define cloud based data organizations and Governance in terms of People, Process, Data and Platforms

YOUR QUALIFICATION
-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading “DATA Stream” and 3 plus in leading large cloud data transformation programs.

Deep experience and fluency in Data Readiness, Roadmaps, Data Governance, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Data Monetization for cloud transformations

Experience with Information Integration Tools and Technologies, cloud storage, cloud data migration and Cloud Analytics

Demonstrated experience in leveraging data sciences and AI on Enterprise Data on production grade

Familiarity with industry standard platforms for Data Science programming languages including R, Matlab, Python, Python Pandas, Matplotlib and Tensorflow

Deep experience in industry standard platforms for big data including Hadoop, MapReduce, Cloudera, snowflake, Apache, Scala, Pyspark, MongoDB, and Cassandra.

Experience in Industry standard Platforms and tools for Analytics and Master Data Governance iPaaS and new cloud native SaaS solutions.

Willingness to travel throughout Germany

Very good German and English language skills
