Job Purpose:

The Product line for IT operations is an AI-driven software that judiciously combines Enterprise IT context, insights and automated actions to deliver resilient, agile and autonomous IT operations while eliminating repetitive manual processes and contentious war rooms. It acts as an intelligent virtual expert that detects and assesses the deviation in system behavior, triages and resolves the incidents, predicts the future state and prescribes actions proactively to prevent any disruptions of datacenter operations.

 

  • As a Sales Lead Germany you will build a “Go To Market” strategy for an AI based product line for IT operations management

  • Acquire new clients through proactive product lead opportunities

  • Achieve Revenue & sales targets through demand creation and ensure robust pipeline of opportunities

  • Manage the Customer throughout the entire deal process, create compelling product solutions, pricing, presenting and proposing winning bids

  • Work with pre-sales and product specialist team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

Your Qualification:

  • Experience concerning demands and solutions in IT operations and IT-Infrastructure management

  • Experience with C-level connect, direct experience of shaping, qualifying, pursuing and closing opportunities

  • Capable of engaging with CXOs in a purposeful and credible manner to present the solutions

  • Overall experience in the IT Industry 8 - 15 years

  • Have IT Product sales/IT Sales experience, understands IT Landscape

  • Deal Origination: Must be able to seek out, identify, shape and qualify target deals and then lead the Customer through the early phases of the engagement life-cycle, targeting key stakeholders

  • Customer Focus: track record of delivering a high level of service to the customer

  • Team Player: thrives in a team environment, committed to pulling together to deliver challenging goals and enjoys shared success

  • Key measures – Sales value, Revenue Realization, # New Logos

  • Excellent German and English skills to engage customers

  • University degree

  • Open to travel across Germany if necessary
