Senior Salesforce Vlocity Developer (m/w/d)

JOB PURPOSE

 

  • Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development

  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

  • Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts

  • Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform

  • Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems

  • Responsible for Application Development, Deployment and Maintenance

  • Responsible for Incident Handling and Problem Management

  • Responsible for Development and Deployment of Change Requests

  • Participate in Program Increment, Daily stand-up meetings, Demo, and other meetings

YOUR QUALIFICATION

 

Salesforce:

  • Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform

  • Minimum 2 + years’ experience on Vlocity

  • Experience with Vlocity Energy Product will be plus

  • Minimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) into Salesforce.com

  • Strong knowledge CRM business impact and demonstrated Global delivery

  • Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations

  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce

  • Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods

  • Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development.

  • Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com

  • Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts

  • Salesforce Configuration (Workflows, Approval Process, Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, Process Builder, deployment, Sharing settings, Visual Workflow, Data Loader)

  • Salesforce Customization (Apex class, Batch Class, Visual force, Lightning Component and Apex Trigger)

  • Salesforce deployment using ANT migration tool


Vlocity:

  • Should have a proven track record on Vlocity implementations

  • Should have extensive experience of at least one of our target industries – Telecom, Insurance and media

  • Strong knowledge on Vlocity core architecture (Vlocity cards, Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Industry Objects, Vlocity Product Model, Vlocity Deployment, Vlocity Dataraptors and Vlocity Integration Procedure) and Vlocity Service-Oriented Architecture (Calculation Procedures, REST API, Apex)

  • Strong Knowledge Vlocity Telecom administration services

  • Vlocity Development (Data raptors, Cards, Integration Procedures, Templates, Layouts and Omni scripts)

  • Vlocity (Configuring Price and Quote)

  • Experience of working in Agile projects preferably in SAFE Model

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related technical areas

  • Fluent German and English


Certifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer desired

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Vlocity Developer essentials

  • Vlocity Administration essentials
