The Banking & Financial Services & Insurance Industry (BFSI) Vertical of our Client is one of the key business segments by scale and growth. The broad service portfolio has been highly acknowledged in the range of Industry Leadership across the Analyst community. The BFSI Consulting Director position is a key senior role within our Consulting Business for BFSI in Europe Central including Germany, Switzerland and Austria, responsible to drive opportunity, sales and execution for consulting and transformation engagement. The main goal of this vacancy is driving the advisory consulting, transformation revenue and client references in the BFSI industry segments, such as Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets and Insurance

Responsibility:
-
Responsible to shape an end state vision for selected clients’ businesses in BFSI industry and related transformation requirements from strategy to execution

Drive thought leadership, enabling consulting led engagement, business development activities and provide leadership across domain and/or technology through preparing business transformation and improvement points of view, client proposals, client presentations and sales cycles

Mine strong consulting and client engagement skills with experience in BFSI with strong experience in positioning our solutions and interacting with client leadership team including CxO

Drive development and marketing of selected offerings and solutions within the BFSI domain

Work with dedicated Sales Service and Solution Units to drive and lead account expansion opportunities from opportunity identification through closing of additional revenue opportunities

Support sales and pre-sales efforts while balancing against client responsibilities such as helping with RFPs, sales presentations, and marketing events

Deliver consulting and complex transformational engagements by leading engagement teams, bringing strong domain / business insight and thought leadership while ensuring high quality delivery by exceeding client expectations

Coordinate directly with clients to obtain feedback and direction on current and future efforts to increase acceptance with our clients

Actively develop team skills and size as well as engage with our global consulting practices and act as focal point across geographies and organizations
YOUR QUALIFICATION

Experience in international Management Consultancies, University Degree

Industry related Digital Transformation competencies incl. related knowledge on industry trends, best practices, project governance frameworks, business process knowledge and optimization techniques

Excellent leadership skills, analytical capabilities and ability to work and integrate within a global team leveraging strong personal work ethic, passion for consulting services, detail-oriented approach, and a sense of urgency

Flexibility and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to facilitate problem resolution across business and organizations
-
Experience with consulting organizations – global or niche – as well as candidates with industry membership, proven thought leadership or other channels involvement will be preferred

Candidates must show project management competency as well as proficiency with office applications; additional certificates related agile way of working and IT branch relevant solutions are preferable
