JOB PURPOSE

 

Portfolio Management:

  • Overall responsibility for portfolio comprising of a set of Industry focused accounts within Europe for Enterprise Solutions Services including services for SAP, SFDC, ServiceNow, Oracle & other market leading Enterprise Solutions

  • Driving clients Enterprise Solutions Unit strategy for the portfolio aligned with clients European & Global SAP Practice Strategy

  • Understand customer’s strategic objectives, challenges, and goals to develop account specific penetration & growth strategies

  • Drive tailored offerings ranging from ERP Solutions Assessments, ERP Transformation Programs, Cloud Solutions and Application Management Services for the portfolio

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • To build and nurture relationships across various levels in customer organizations, particularly at the C-level/executive management

  • Primarily responsible to establish both long term and tactical strategies for all aspects including sales, solutions, Go to Market and operations management for the portfolio with targets on Pipeline Management, Total Contract Value Closure (TCV) & Revenue Growth for Portfolio

  • Responsible to bring in the best value proposition of clients assets, tools, products and best practices to proactively address client needs

  • Support New Business Development & Presales with acquisition of new customer logos aligned to overall portfolio growth strategy

  • Work with the various specialized groups across the global locations ogf our client, for the large bids within the portfolio and responsible to negotiate new contracts and renewals

  • Drive alliances with partners for Joint Go to Market for the portfolio

  • Ensuring collaboration with other client Service Lines like Infrastructure Services, Business Process Services, etc.


Delivery Governance:

  • Ensure strong delivery governance and success of programs within the portfolio aligned with Delivery Organization. Proactively defining, driving and tracking KPIs that drive value to customer

  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction across the portfolio customers & programs being executed

  • Enable customer references for programs executed within the portfolio

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide updates to client senior management and participate in steering committees of engagements

  • Groom & build leadership talent for portfolio and ensure utilization targets are met for portfolio

YOUR QUALIFICATION

 

  • You enjoy working in business and technology / digital transformations. You have done this for at least 3 to 4 years either as a consultant or as an advisor within a business / technology setting

  • University Degree in Business Management

  • At least 12 years SAP Solutions & Program Management experience across German customers

  • The applicant should have a strong experience in guiding customers on S/4HANA transformations and structuring S/4HANA deals

  • Proven experience of winning 20+ million Euros SAP Transformation deals

  • Industry experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Energy, Resources & Utilities Industry including the latest business trends and challenges within the industry

  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends in SAP Solutions & Services, additional knowledge on other Enterprise Solutions like SFDC, ServiceNow, etc. will be preferred

  • Technology savvy to understand trends in technology and its impact on business models for clients

  • Should have proven track record of delivering aggressive growth and working in multi-cultural environments & global arrangements

  • Certification in large program management is an added advantage

  • Fluent in German and English

  • High willingness to travel
