Support Consultant SAP HCM (all genders)

JOB PURPOSE

 

  • Engage in functional and process consulting, covering workshops, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and RICEF design.

  • Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Assume the role of project stream lead.

  • Engage in recruitment activities by active participation in hiring and staffing processes.

  • Support SAP Presales activities to showcase our capabilities and tailor solutions to client needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATION

 

  • Hold a Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree.

  • Minimum 7 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration.

  • Extensive knowledge of Payroll and Time Management with a track record of at least 2 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation and Support projects.

  • Expertise in integrating SAP HR with external systems.

  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences and influence business teams.

  • Strong SAP problem-solving skills, attention to detail/documentation, and ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Knowledge of Service Now tool and KPIs related to an SAP Support project will be added benefit.

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Be willing to travel, with a commitment to a minimum of 60% travel.
