IHRE AUFGABEN
The role is based in a global unit that implements major digital transformation projects for customers based on leading standard solutions such as SAP, Salesforce and Service Now.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and assume technical and content responsibility for strategic opportunities (deals) and shape the solution. Here you are in the dialogue with the client's management and orchestrate the delivery units involved.
The role includes in particular:

Providing Thought Leadership to explore opportunities that will mature our service portfolio, provide added value to our customers and establish long-term partnerships

Managing delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectives

Ensuring contractual obligations including stringent SLA adherence are met with changes made as required via appropriate governance controls

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing expectations and proactively communicating potential issues
IHRE QUALIFIKATION
Must Have:

University Degree
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing IT services delivery

Experience of owning & delivering SAP S/4HANA Solutions
-
Proven track record of success in a Managed Services environment with both onshore & offshore delivery

Business Development experience (direct, GTM and Partners)

CXO Relationship management
-
Market connects and Solution/ Pre-Sales capabilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Fluent in German and English
-
High willingness to travel in Europe
