ServiceNow Geo Sales and Solutions Lead (all genders)

JOB PURPOSE

 

​The role is based in a global unit that implements major digital transformation projects for customers based on leading standard solutions such as SAP, Salesforce and Service Now.


The role includes in particular:

 

Business Development
 

  • Drive sales and solution activities, solution designing, and project planning

  • Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods, tools including validating solution with cross technology SMEs as applicable

  • Identify target accounts to focus on joint GTM for partner led growth

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and driving evenue growth within assigned accounts.

  • Grow MSP footprint through various joint positioning along with ServiceNow account executive/team

  • Craft a sales approach for focus accounts based on business priorities and by identifying white spaces where ServiceNow can be positioned

  • Work effectively with geographically diverse teams (offshore) to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams

  • Evolve business solutions, articulate as appropriate to client audiences

  • Enable product demos and support proof of concepts as required

  • Developing long-term strategic roadmaps for clients and creating account plans to align with their business goals.

  • Develop client engagement strategies and roadmaps for ServiceNow adoption for existing customers

  • Managing pipeline and TCV targets for the geography to drive exponential growth

  • Working closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, alliances and delivery, to ensure the right positioning of TCS capabilities

  • Provide inputs to delivery organization on talent needs for the region, based on ongoing and upcoming pursuits

  • Collaborate with Industry & account teams in the region to better position ServiceNow to solve enterprise and industry challenges

Practice Growth
 

  • Supporting practice initiatives and strengthening ServiceNow capabilities in the region

  • Provide inputs for offerings build and innovation

  • Enable positioning of TCS as a leading partner of ServiceNow in the region, by participating in regional events, publishing white papers, leading industry PoV

YOUR QUALIFICATION

 

​​Must Have:

 

  • 12+ years of experience in client-facing roles, account leadership, or sales

  • -5+ experience in ServiceNow modules ( ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/S2P/SecOps)

  • Strong experience in positioning TCS capabilities around Enterprise Solutions

  • Stakeholder management, Communication and organizational navigation skills

  • Hands-on experience creating and delivering winning proposals and presentations.

  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities for handling relationships with customers, market teams, internal experts and partner (product vendor) teams

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to present compellingly to C-level executives and senior business/technology leaders.

  • Business Development experience (direct, GTM and Partners)

  • Market connects and Solution/ Pre-Sales capabilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Financial acumen and budget management experience
