Business Development Manager IOT & digital Engineering (IAE)  (all genders)

IHRE AUFGABEN

 

Your mission is to achieve business growth in IOT and Digital Engineering services portfolio through acquiring new customers (Hunting) and revenue growth in existing customers (Farming). You will be entrusted with regional portfolio with several target customers and existing customers.

 

Your key responsibilities are as below:

  • Creating business strategy and sales execution plan to increase YoY sales and expand customer base

  • Research market trend to identify potential customers and opportunities and execute the sales plan from leads generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with customers in the region and partners globally

  • Create sales pipeline and achieve business growth for each of the strategic services offering like Design and SW Engineering, SDX, PLM, ALM, Smart Manufacturing, IOT & Connected services and connected products and services

  • Proactive engagement with customers and analyze their business and technical requirements

  • Responsible for achieving both sales target and revenue target quarterly and YoY business growth.

  • Responsible for cross-sell and Upsell of the services in industries like Automotive, Manufacturing, Life science, Semiconductors, Energy & Utilities, HiTech & Telecom and Travel & Hospitality

  • Lead the Solution responses with cross functional teams from offshore & onsite, service lines, partners, CoEs, Advisory team and account client partners/BRMs

  • Build internal network within the organization and external network in customers/customer Executive leadership

IHRE QUALIFIKATION

 

  • Overall 8 + years of experience in Business development / Sales of services and solutions in German market

  • Experience in selling IOT & Engineering Services in Automotive / Manufacturing / Life science industries.

  • Technical understanding on IOT and Digital Engineering services: Smart Manufacturing, SDX, AI infused services, PLM, MES, and IOT

  • Strong track record in sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

  • Ability to connect and engage with CXOs and Engineering stakeholders in customer organization

  • Ability to proactively connect with customers, identify potential deals and have excellent presentation skills to present solutions to customers.

  • Good understanding on German markets and having customer connect in the market.

  • Experience in Onsite offshore Model

  • Well versed with commercial and finance aspects in sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skill with customers in Germany

  • Proficiency in both English and German language

  • Good Understanding on different operating and commercial models

  • Understanding on the market industriy trends in in German market.

  • Well versed with sales tools, pipeline management and documentation tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
