Practice Lead for SAP BFSI (all genders)

IHRE AUFGABEN

 

Role purpose:


Lead and develop the SAP BFSI capability across the region, ensuring reliable delivery, supporting presales, driving strong customer engagement and maintaining a healthy consultant pipeline across the existing BFSI teams.
 

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Own SAP BFSI capability planning across business units

  • Support proposals, bids and customer discussions

  • Build team knowledge, mentoring and communities

  • Escalate risks early and drive pragmatic resolution

  • Maintain close alignment with the global SAP center of excellence

  • Coordinate staffing


Success measures:
 

  • Transparent staffing pipeline

  • improved response to BFSI demand

  • strengthened consultant development

  • improved escalation management

  • a clear execution plan


Interfaces:
Regional delivery head, SAP practice leads, PMO, talent acquisition, resource management, account teams and customer stakeholders. BFSI sales teams and the global SAP centre of excellence.

IHRE QUALIFIKATION

​

  • Senior SAP BFSI / SAP Finance delivery experience

  • Proven team leadership in distributed delivery

  • Strong stakeholder management across regions and global teams

  • Commercial awareness and proposal support

  • Clear communication in English and German

  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
