Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d)

  • As Regional Sales Manager you have the business responsibility for the "Region Mitte" (including Frankfurt, Rhein/Main)

  • This includes Consulting Services (Change & Run) in the knowledge fields collect & organize data, develop platforms & algorithms and generate insights (BI, Data Science)

  • The target segment's customers are mainly from the financial services industry and the energy sector

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop Opportunities - within existing accounts as well as finding new contacts through prospecting

  • Relationship Management

  • Responsibility for RFI / RfP / Offerings

  • Coordination / reconciliation with delivery / legal / other units

  • You develop and execute account and new brand planning for you region, identifying, and

  • prioritizing opportunities and developing client-valued solutions

  • Salesfunnel Management / Opportunity Management: "Furthermore you will develop and manage a funnel of activities and document sales actions"


  • Proven track record of generating leads, building sales pipelines, winning strategic deals and achieving sales targets

  • Sustainable experience in positioning service offerings in the consulting and IT project business

  • Knowledge of the IT Services industry trends and competitive landscape

  • 5+ years selling/closing deals in Services space in one of the following verticals: Financial Services, Energy

  • Good understanding of Data Management, application development, Business Intelligence and Data Science

  • Experience in developing and nurturing relationships with Customer stakeholders and positively influencing buying behaviour

  • Ability to profile market trends, customer requirements and map them to contextual value propositions

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication (spoken & written) skills

  • Ability to work hands-on

  • Ability to work independently as well as in diverse teams

  • Good leadership and team-building skills

  • Very good German and English language skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s/Management degree is an asset
